End-to-end engineering.

Strategy, design, engineering and operations run under a single contract, so responsibility never scatters between vendors.

S/01

Enterprise Software Development

We step in where off-the-shelf packages stop. Instead of bending your processes to fit software, we build software around your processes — so every department finally works from the same data.

  • ERP & CRM platforms
  • Process automation
  • System integration
  • Access control & audit

AI & Data Engineering

Most AI projects never make it past the demo, because they tackle the model before the data. We start by putting your corporate data sources in order, then build the model on that foundation.

  • Enterprise assistants (RAG)
  • Document intelligence
  • Forecasting & scoring
  • Data infrastructure

Mobile App Development

A mobile app is not finished when it reaches the store — that is where the real work starts. We set up release management, store reviews, crash tracking and the user feedback loop from day one.

  • iOS & Android
  • Backend and sync
  • Store operations
  • Measurement & experiments

Digital Commerce Platforms

Off-the-shelf platforms carry you through the first year, then become the bottleneck. When your catalogue, pricing rules and logistics flow no longer fit a standard template, we build the infrastructure around your growth instead.

  • Headless commerce
  • Multi-currency & tax
  • Marketplace integration
  • Payments & reconciliation

Product & Experience Design

Good design is not a beautiful screenshot; it is the user finishing their task in fewer steps. We judge an interface by measurable task success, not aesthetics.

  • UX research
  • Accessibility
  • Technical SEO & performance

Team Augmentation

Sometimes what you need is not an agency but the right people. We provide senior engineering capacity that plugs into your processes, tools and rhythm — and starts without waiting out a hiring cycle.

  • Senior engineers
  • DevOps & platform
  • Product & design
  • Technical leadership

02How we work

Every project is a climb.

A predictable route in four stages. The output of each stage is defined in writing, so you always know which altitude you are at.

Our name comes from mythology

No summit is out of reach, and every peak is a story waiting to be discovered. Climbing with IKARUS from your starting point to the summit, you will push the limits of technology and move past the merely new.

05Our commitments

A transparent partnership, without surprises.

The biggest risk in software projects is not technology — it is uncertainty. We remove that uncertainty before the contract is signed.

You own the IP

Source code, infrastructure and all rights transfer to you on delivery. No locked systems, hidden licences or manufactured dependency.

Fixed scope, transparent budget

Scope is agreed in writing before the proposal. Change requests are priced separately; no surprise line items appear.

Weekly visibility

A working build and a progress report every week. You always know which altitude your project is at.

GDPR & KVKK compliance

Data processing, retention and access policies are designed to satisfy both European and Turkish regulation.

06Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to common questions.

The questions we are asked most about timelines, budget, ownership and support.

01

How long does an enterprise software project take?

It depends on scope. A first releasable version typically takes 6–10 weeks, while a multi-module enterprise platform runs 4–8 months. Within three business days of the discovery call you receive a concrete timeline and scope document.

02

How is the project budget determined?

Pricing is calculated from the number of modules, integrations, target platforms and expected scale. Once scope is settled we give a fixed-price proposal. For long-running work, a monthly team model is also available.

03

How do you work with teams abroad?

Remote is our default model. We synchronise daily with European and Middle Eastern time zones, and weekly within the overlapping window for North America. Projects run in Turkish or English, and documentation can be produced in both.

04

Who owns the code?

All source code and intellectual property rights are yours. Repository access, infrastructure accounts and technical documentation transfer on delivery. We sign an NDA at the start of the project.

05

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. A post-delivery warranty period is standard, after which we continue with maintenance and development packages under an SLA. Monitoring, backups, security updates and capacity planning are included.

06

Can you modernise our system without a full rewrite?

In most cases, yes. We start with a technical audit and report the risks and technical debt. Then we present gradual modernisation against a full rewrite in a cost–benefit comparison.

07

How do you handle security and data compliance?

Role-based access control, encryption, audit logging and automated security scanning are part of the standard setup. GDPR and KVKK requirements are addressed while the data model is designed.

08

What happens after I submit the form?

We get back to you the same business day, hold a 30-minute discovery call, and follow up with a written proposal covering scope and an indicative budget.
